Hungary Football Match Suspended

A referee and his linesmen in an international friendly between Bulgaria and Estonia were suspended by the Hungary football association. The match in which all four goals in a 2-2 draw were penalties is under investigation, and FIFA has asked for the match report. The Hungarian referee involved is Kolos Lengyel, and the two assistant referees were also Hungarians.
The referees told officials that they had been invited to officiate at a youth tournament in Antalya, Turkey, but upon their arrival they were asked to take over the Bulgaria-Estonia match. That particular match and the one the directly followed it between Bolivia and Latvia had both been organised by a sports rights agency in Thailand. The Bolivia – Latvia game also ended with all the goals scored from penalty kicks.
