Budapest Municipality Join Hands with Alstom

The Budapest Municipality has made a deal with Alstom, a French train manufacturer for their upcoming underground metro train project; the Budapest Municipality cracked the deal after long hours of debate.
The Budapest Municipality hammered a proposal of12 point package, whereas Alstom already agreed to the 11 point package of proposals. Therefore a deal on a force major case the last point has been recently sealed. However the intricate details of the final agreement will be discussed at the Budapest Municipality's general assembly.
Previously the Budapest Transport company withheld its contract with Alstom, actually the deal was put an end on 20 October 2010 as Alstom was supposed to deliver 22 trains Budapset Metro2 line at a price of 150 million EUR. Whereas 22 trains worth 114 million EUR were needed for the new fourth metro line, but Alstom failed to obtain the manufacturing approval.
